The parking needs to be free in all shifts. Look at the train schedules. There are other jobs that are in the city that will work with you

Make my job easier, give us more staff based on acuity, and workflows more convenient. Shouldn't have to go to 3 places to get an IV hung. There's lots of burn out across the board that is just chalked up as the new normal.

What I liked most about the interview process was the Zoom format. It was convenient, efficient, and made it easier to connect without the stress of travel.
