Some of the coworkers but pretty much horrible

Nursing staff medical assistants and support staff all great, friendly and supportive

amazing environment people listen and apply

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Make my job easier, give us more staff based on acuity, and workflows more convenient. Shouldn't have to go to 3 places to get an IV hung. There's lots of burn out across the board that is just chalked up as the new normal.

Help & respect getting there i would love to work. But be more Flexible
