Being more compassionate with new people that come in to the job that are just starting and don't know a lot.
More flexibility Ive always had a job since i was 18, never in my life i got screwed over like this. Said i can work any shift. But i will take the train. They still wanted me to come in. Telling them the trains dont run at that time
