Starting out at Penn. didnt know you had to Pay for parking. If you work first shift. The Manager doesn't work with you if you take the train early in thr morning. You will share a locker with another Co-worker.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Help & respect getting there i would love to work. But be more Flexible
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to tell you Everything at first the hours and schedule and training hours
What makes you most happy at work?
Co workers knowing the only plus side i was getting more help from them and then from a manager

One lady was very nice to help me out to get my point across to a manager. But that still wasnt Enough
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The parking needs to be free in all shifts. Look at the train schedules. There are other jobs that are in the city that will work with you
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More flexibility Ive always had a job since i was 18, never in my life i got screwed over like this. Said i can work any shift. But i will take the train. They still wanted me to come in. Telling them the trains dont run at that time
