More flexibility Ive always had a job since i was 18, never in my life i got screwed over like this. Said i can work any shift. But i will take the train. They still wanted me to come in. Telling them the trains dont run at that time

The parking needs to be free in all shifts. Look at the train schedules. There are other jobs that are in the city that will work with you
I was strongly encouraged to go for further education to help me grow within the health system both financially and by experiences. Though I am learning a lot along the way the way never came along.
For the amount of work the want us to do for the least amount of pay

They should come to work on time
Make my job easier, give us more staff based on acuity, and workflows more convenient. Shouldn't have to go to 3 places to get an IV hung. There's lots of burn out across the board that is just chalked up as the new normal.
Help & respect getting there i would love to work. But be more Flexible
They need to tell you Everything at first the hours and schedule and training hours
