What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very comprehensive coverage for a small place.

I have a fair base salary and great benefits - I like the 401k match and health insurance.

We just got a 401k match after there was a lot of company feedback about wanting one. Really excited about that!

We have unlimited PTO and are encouraged to take the time off without feeling guilty about it.

I control my bonuses with my work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the level of detail, time consumption, and management of expectations in regards to internal and clients is extremely demanding and would be compensated higher at other organizations.

Would love to see 401k offered. Also, I do not have stock option and hence the no answer.
