Mr. Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., has been the President of Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (formerly known as United Auto Group Inc.) since April 2008. Mr. Kurnick served as the President of Penske Corporation since January 2003. Mr. Kurnice served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Penske Automotive Group Inc. from February 2000 to March 2006 and also its Secretary since February 2000. Mr. Kurnick served as Executive Vice President of Penske Corporation and General Counsel of Penske Capital from August 1999 to December 2002. He also served as an Assistant General Counsel of Penske Corporation from January 1995 to August 1999. He served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Penske Auto Centers Inc., from November 1995 to January 2001. He also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Penske Motorsports Inc. from January 1996 to July 1999. Prior to January 1995, Mr. Kurnick served as a Partner in the Detroit law firm of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn. Mr. Kurnick served as Vice Chairman of Penske Automotive Group, Inc. since March 8, 2006. He has been a Director of Penske Automotive Group, Inc. since May 2006 and Penske Power Systems Pty Ltd since October 1, 2014. Mr. Kurnick serves as a Director of Hbl LLC, UAG Mentor Acquisition LLC and UAG Connecticut I LLC. Mr. Kurnick has been a Director of Penske Corporation since 2003.
