What is the best part about your compensation package?

Company pays for benefits for all employees.

Wfh and remote due to covid 19

Pay for performance. If I do well, I am recognized for it. If I don;t perform, I don't.

I receive bonuses when extra projects come up which is not officially part of my package but is always appreciated very much!

PMC compensates based on performance and my compensation has been reviewed and addressed as the business has grown.

Hard work and accomplishing goals is awarded fairly.
