What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team successfully executes Modern leadership model with a clear strategic plan, always bringing onboard top talent people for the speedy success of the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They really don't know what the subordinate is actually doing to get the work done (time efficiency, challenges, double check work, etc.)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company pays for benefits for all employees.
Wfh and remote due to covid 19
Pay for performance. If I do well, I am recognized for it. If I don;t perform, I don't.
I receive bonuses when extra projects come up which is not officially part of my package but is always appreciated very much!
PMC compensates based on performance and my compensation has been reviewed and addressed as the business has grown.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Got a lower pay when my status changed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all really really like each other! We don't always agree on everything but there is always mutual respect for one another.
My team is extremely collaborative.
Everyone is passionate and works hard, bringing a slightly different skillset to the table. So it feels like a true team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Barely know a few people here. Might just be the nature of a multi company enterprise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company that is successful but shares it's profits and successes with the entire employee base
No ego, no attitude, just get it done.

The Company's culture is in sync with the products (content) we provide. We don't take ourselves too seriously.

The people!!!

My coworkers. I'm surrounded by smart and interesting people who care about their work.

Managers are not available quickly enough. Little or no coaching... you are on your own from day 1.
