Depends. Some still work while on vacation but some are firm about it. Seems to be what you allow and how high up on the chain you are. The more responsibility, the more likely to still work while on vacation to some degree.

There is no worl from home policy, but is worked out directly with your manager. It won't be often unless you have a remote position, but it can happen - especially around the holidays.

That's a tough one... There's no review process so I am not sure. I guess whenever the manager feels like doing it, obviously based on merit?
