Met many levels in management before a decision was made so I was able to interview them as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits are less costly than other companies and the benefits provided at outstanding. Cannot recommend Penske any more highly to anyone simply because the medical benefits are stellar. Might not mean much to someone in their 20s but they will realize it will one day.
