All of the leadership have grown through the ranks which is a testiment to the culture of the associates being the greatest asset

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and benefits are very competitive
Our cash balance plan along with the 401k
Medical benefits are less costly than other companies and the benefits provided at outstanding. Cannot recommend Penske any more highly to anyone simply because the medical benefits are stellar. Might not mean much to someone in their 20s but they will realize it will one day.

Over 20 dollars an hour
Low wages, poor benefits, womens health benefits are non existent, no maternity or paternity leave

The way they want to help each other succeed
Mostly good workers day to day

We support each other and offer help if needed.
The team really sticks together and constantly is there to help. There is no bad question and they want you to learn

Changing the culture of my location. Trending the right way
Penske believes in giving back to the community and we are provided time and encouraged to volunteer as a group. They are also always encouraging a healthy work life balance

Everyone has their feelings hurt. Very few will come in and do their job, do it to the best of their ability. Make more upper mgmt more accessible to employees to talk to without retaliation
