There's very little drama and they are pretty good about rewarding you for your accomplishments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The "old boys club" that used to run Penske is well on it's way out; the new execs seem to be much more knowledgeable and effective.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though the teams are very diverse in terms of background, everyone seems to understand that we are on the same team and working toward a common goal. The level at which people work together here is amazing compared to my past employers.
