We have enough vacation days that I don't feel like i'm always working.
The salaries reported here are completely made up. I know people in all departments and no one is making 90k unless they are a director. Pay your people that have been here through thick and thin for years, if not decades.
Promises made for bonuses that were never kept. Pay market value to geographic region. Act like a remote company and build in perks/reimbursement for us that WFH
My team is awesome and unique. We all work well together and that is rare. Anyone above my manager *shrugs* I know them in name only
My account team is unique and has slowly been dismantled over the years because (imho) leadership bending over backwards too much to clients who are abusive. The people I work with on a day to day basis are amazing folks. Anyone above my manager? Well I might talk to them once every six months.
Our team is innovative! We're always working on something creative, we're always able to lend a hand to what someone else needs and we're always coming up with new ideas.

we strive to win together, great accountability
Nothing. Perks have been taken away with no notice. Mandatory time off for 4+ months with no end in sight.
We're transparent. Our CEO is constantly telling us his progress and our goals.

I was able to write for my role in my interview, and I had a great experience traveling and moving to work for this company.
Ironically, an HR company can't have a decent HR dept. Recruiters take forever to get back to you. Internally, you are told one thing and the exact opposite happens
Please, for all that is good in the world, hold internal HR responsible for their actions. There had been so much confusion because we are told internally via email that we didn't get a job transfer and then 3 weeks later we may have it and then it falls apart in salary issues.
my team, peers, and leadership
Flexibility, being acknowledged for my hard work, working with problem with high integrity
Interacting with my team and learning new skills!
colleagues, the work itself is satisfying

Leadership needs to stop nickel and diming. The leadership that was pushed out after covid actually cared about employees, current leadership is worried about numbers and that's it
Leadership needs to LEAD. Stop focusing on spreadsheets and listen to your people. There are so many good people that left because of financial issues and/or they didn't want to put up with clients who treated them like dirt.
