I've been with the company for over 3 years. 1. In order to be Upper managment, you have to be literally Dumb 2. The HR team for the most part, have no clue about HR and ethical compliance 3. This place is a big mess starting with the CEO going down.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get rid of everyone and start fresh, I truly believe a competency test should be administered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They will offer you a high salary, then somehow mess it up and when you send them emails, they just lie.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The people who are hired are suppose to have a college education, but that doesn't stop managers from hiring their friends who are uneducated and incompetent.
