Ms. Grace Puma has been an Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Pepsico, Inc. since October 04, 2017 and served as its Chief Supply Officer and Senior Vice President since January 27, 2016 until October 04, 2017 and since November 2010 until October 04, 2017 respectively. Ms. Puma served as Chief Procurement Officer of Pepsico, Inc., from November 2010 to January 27, 2016. She served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at United Continental Holdings, Inc. since November 2009 and served as its Chief Procurement Officer. She leads United Airlines's spend on a global scale, overseeing $15 billion in spend for the purchase of services, corporate real estate and jet fuel. Prior to joining United Airlines in 2007, she served as Vice President of Global Indirect Materials and Services at Kraft Foods and was responsible for leading a team in the negotiation and contracting of $6.8 billion of transportation/distribution services, capital equipment, manufacturing services/supplies, marketing services and corporate and professional services used across Kraft's global businesses. She was responsible for global sourcing activity across Motorola's business units for accessory, electronics and packaging items, which involved complex global negotiations with an international buying team. She also has held lead procurement positions within The Gillette Company and BASF Corporation. She is a member of Boards of Directors of the Marietta Corporation and Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre. She served on the Board of the Institute of Supply Managers from 2006 to 2009. She served as a Director of Institute For Supply Management, Inc. since February 2009. Ms. Whiteford earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Illinois Benedictine University.
