Executive Bio

Mr. Richard A. Goodman served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Pepsico, Inc. from March 2010 to December 31, 2011. Mr. Goodman served as the Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Inc. from October 2006 to March 2010. He was responsible for overseeing tax, treasury, control, risk management and audit and investor relations. Mr. Goodman served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Diamond Resorts Corporation (formerly, Sunterra Corporation) since December 31, 1998. He served in executive financial positions at W.R. Grace & Co. From 1992 to 1997, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the Taco Bell Corporation. From 2003 to October 2006, Mr. Goodman served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo International. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Beverages International from 2001 to 2003 and as Vice President and General Auditor of PepsiCo from 2000 to 2001. He joined PepsiCo in 1992 as Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning, International and served a number of senior financial positions with PepsiCo and its affiliates until 1997 when he left PepsiCo to pursue other opportunities. He joined PepsiCo in 1992. He was with W.R. Grace & Co. in a variety of global chief financial officer positions. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of KFC International. From 1990 to 1992, He served as a Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Grace Specialty Chemicals Group, a division of W.R. Grace & Co. He has been a Director at Toys R Us Inc. since October 19, 2011 and Adient plc since October 31, 2016. He has been an Independent Director at Kindred Healthcare Inc. since March 27, 2014. He has been an Independent Director of The Western Union Company since January 1, 2012. He served as an Independent Director of Johnson Controls International plc since January 23, 2008 until September 2, 2016. Mr. Goodman has a Ph.D. in English, M.A., M.B.A. in Finance and B.A. in English Degrees from Columbia University.
