What do you like best about the leadership team?
You are never just a person. They listen and are open minded.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to look deeper into workload for their employees and do something to keep people from leaving the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's comparable to other companies.
The hourly pay and overtime available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
When we have time to help each other it's the willingness to assist and help others.
We have become a family.
PerfectServe is made up of a great group of people who I enjoy working with to solve problems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along and works together.
The environment is open. It is a place where you are expected to contribute and perform. A players thrive, C players don't last.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat employees fairly and give better training and feedback. Do something to prevent burnout and overturn.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was fine. My first two interviews were done remotely.
The culture interview was the best part of the experience.

What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and the impact that I have on patient care.
The work we do matters. We help clinicians provide better care for their patients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Losing too many teammates due to micromanaging and high expectations with little to no benefits. Poor work life balance.
