What did you like most about the interview process?The interview was fine. My first two interviews were done remotely.
What are some of the best things about your team?When we have time to help each other it's the willingness to assist and help others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?It's comparable to other companies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Losing too many teammates due to micromanaging and high expectations with little to no benefits. Poor work life balance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Treat employees fairly and give better training and feedback. Do something to prevent burnout and overturn.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to look deeper into workload for their employees and do something to keep people from leaving the company.
