Perks benefits vacation and bonuses slashed in past year under new ownership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone gets a long really well and helps each other out to complete tasks.
The work hard play hard atmosphere
It's the best. We work incredibly hard, but we also have a lot of fun. Good work is always recognized, and feedback is always constructive.
I work with intelligent friendly inclusive interesting people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How comfortable the office is
Everyone is social and collaborative
There was no 9 for average work hours. I don't work 10 hour days, but 9. Company environment: fun and supportive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management team is out of their depth, and dishonest.

I liked that I interviewed with two different people

My Coworkers and the work I do
The people I work with and the office amenities
The people! The creative vision on the team is also very strong, so doing my job is "easy" too. Lots of work, but it is productive work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The new owners are simply extracting residual value. They constantly claim high growth but that just means acquisitions and consolidation.
