Review from Operations Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

The pay is great and in line with the higher market salary for my position.

Review from Operations Dept

Insurance costs are not too high

Review from Operations Dept

Happy with current salary/compensation package.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Simply put: Fact, cost of living increases year over year. In the past 2 years specifically, we have experienced what is recognized as drastic increases. Fact, multiple years without pay increase but receiving added workloads. Not complaining over workload; But I need pay increase (growing family).

Review from IT Dept

Salaries in my zip code are higher than Performant is paying for my skills and job duties.

Review from Engineering Dept

Equal pay across the board for positions or more based on experience.

Review from Operations Dept

I do not feel undervalued. I do however feel I am under paid for my position and the performance of my team.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Inflation has decreased my effective compensation. A cost of living adjustment would make me feel somewhat better. A raise on top of that, commensurate with my increased level of contribution since my last salary assessment would make me feel a lot better.

Review from Operations Dept

I have unique expertise, extensive knowledge and expertise of our business, span of control, and contributions to where we are today in the market place, I've held the same job title for about 8 years, newly hired staff is quickly promoting to the same level as I.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe from my knowledge and task; I should be able to get a little bit more compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

The pay is not personally reasonable for the amount of experience and senority I have with the company

Review from Operations Dept

We bring in a lot of money for the company and without commission at the very least the hourly should be higher.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Having a better hourly wage.

Review from Product Dept

I would like merit increases.

Review from Product Dept

I was hired at a time when I was told the pay ranges were "lower", however the cost of living has increased dramatically where I live. I asked for a pay review because I felt that after Covid there should be a market analysis. I believe this should be re-evaluated. I had to get a second job.

Review from Operations Dept

No 401k match, no talk of raises, especially in these inflationary times.

Review from IT Dept

I work so many hours; it seems like I am working for Minium wage at this point. By squeezing "the most" out of your employees you inherently devalue and demoralize them at the same time. Especially, if the employees like what they are doing. One should be compensated for their many contributions.

Review from Engineering Dept

Follow industry standards and compare pay rate.

Review from IT Dept

Salary increase requests not considered often

Review from Product Dept

tuition reimbursement and annual raises and bonuses would help

Review from Operations Dept

There is no discussion about salary when they see you have been with the company for years. If the compensation was looked at when they see loyalty from an employee and doing good work and committed to the company. This should be looked at annually.

Review from HR Dept

I struggle to pay my basic bills, I never have enough money since groceries went up. this year our vision benefits don't cover as much so i had to spend my entire fsa on glasses and contacts so i can see to work. i wish i had enough money to buy clothes or go to a movie sometimes or even go see fam

Review from Operations Dept

Because is rising and company need to understand it's hard to still get the same pay people can't be with a company for 4 years and not get a pay increase
