I would like to work shorter days, as 12-hour days get exhausting after a while. It would help to celebrate small victories more often, because sometimes it feels like nothing is going right for weeks on end.

When systems are antiquated and when employees refuse to learn new systems, that slows down numerous departments. To improve we need to force the change or get new systems, employees.

The Mngmnt team needs an overhaul. They have no experience or knowledge, you are unable to take an issue to them as they offer no resolution, it is quicker to get assistance from your team member. Stop asking for goals that they themselves cannot meet. The rules of the company should apply to all
