Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Simply put: Fact, cost of living increases year over year. In the past 2 years specifically, we have experienced what is recognized as drastic increases. Fact, multiple years without pay increase but receiving added workloads. Not complaining over workload; But I need pay increase (growing family).

some of the caseworkers are just plain rude and talk to leadership unprofessionally and are still employed or moved to other teams when they should just be fired

Coworkers need to understand that interrupting is rude and hinders comprehension. Coworkers need to understand that everyone has a high workload but that workload is negatively impacted when they do not do their task, especially after multiple follow-ups.

I would like to work shorter days, as 12-hour days get exhausting after a while. It would help to celebrate small victories more often, because sometimes it feels like nothing is going right for weeks on end.
