What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about compensation is that it's not just the standard health/vision/equity. They also provide lunch and dinners and we have both team and company events each quarter. They really make their employees feel valued!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like the company culture is really open and welcoming. I feel like I can really strike up on conversation with anyone at the lunch table even if I don't fully know them or work with them often.
