Base salary is very competitive, and there is no negotiation process so new employees are paid equitably and fairly.

For an engineering interview, it focused less on algorithms and how much you already know, and more on your problem-solving process and ability to pair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone (no exaggeration) is super helpful and collaborative. There is no dick-measuring like I have seen in other engineering teams. Leadership has really invested in hiring people that are great to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is authentic, enthusiastic, and motivating. They genuinely care about your wellbeing and making this an awesome place to work. Harry (former CEO, now Chief Marketing Officer at Sisense) and Tom (former CTO, now Chief Cloud Officer at Sisense) are some of the coolest people I've ever met.
