Every year we are trying to figure out what to do in terms of people, product, services in a very drastic way changing too many things and people are left dropping from the clouds. there is no stability
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is only US culture so if you are not in US there is no culture. The EMEA team acts as the SVP of CS (Mario) and Sales owns the company ignoring constantly the rest of exec team and Persado leaders.
