What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our EEF (Employee Enrichment Fund) is probably the best part of our current compensation package - annual funds to use towards educational opportunities for career or personal growth (or, in our current state, WFH Office Equipment).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most members of our leadership team are deeply curious and they do a great job of leading by example - constantly working to understand our product, our own people, and our customers. And when we follow suit, we are very successful.
