My team truly seems to support each other and interested in each other's wins and losses, professionally and personally. Having an enthusiastic and understanding team helps make work more easier to get through.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their intentions are positive and good. And they do try to make changes when given feedback. People seem really into the Slack channels that promote individuality and encourage sharing hobbies amongst each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Brand Content Strategist team is what primarily runs the product that Persado promotes. Being overworked, overlooked and underpaid makes me feel undervalued. The executive team always emphasizes that we should help them to make the product better but little is done to help support the BCS team.
