Elizabeth Johnson — Senior Vice President and General Manager of Agency Services at PFSweb

Ms. Elizabeth E. Johnson has been a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Agency Services at PFSweb Inc. since April 2016. Ms. Johnson manages the strategy and operations required to attract new customers, convert the visitors into buyers and nurture the customer relationships to increase their lifetime value. She is responsible for leading the new division which is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing areas at PFSweb. She is very involved in the Dallas-based charity, City House. City House provides emergency shelter and transitional residential services to children and young adults who are in need due to abuse, neglect, or homelessness. She served as Vice President of Interactive Marketing Services at PFSweb Inc. She has been a part of the PFSweb team since 1999. She served in the Client Services area for more than 10 years where she was responsible for managing a diverse group of clients and other brands in the apparel and luxury goods markets. In 2009, she became the Director of Interactive Marketing Services, where she was responsible for pioneering the new division that was developed to drive growth for PFSweb's clients business. She is dedicated to the organization and served as Vice-Chair for their largest annual fundraising event in 2011. She earned her degree in Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management from The University of North Texas in 1999.
