Lots of smart people who are taken advantage

individual teams can be very organized, if you're lucky you get one - my current one is. there is an attempt to organize routine deliverables and work assessments within the authority dept leads are given. Non management team members are usually very easy to work with despite mostly remote status.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very little was positive about the entire company
They seem to be taking inclusiveness seriously.
the CEO tries to be transparent and is easy to communicate with, the company is flexible with remote working.
