Personal experience has been generally good. My management team has been supportive and provided a lot of learning opportunities. I like interacting with departments outside of my own. Compared to previous employers, policies, benefits, and compensation all have room for improvement!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company growth has been great, however inflation has majorly affected cost of living, and pay increases did not reflect that percentage. An applicable master's degree also did not increase compensation despite increase in responsibilities.
