Number one is helping our patients. Being productive and my Manager trust us to produce quality work. She also trust us without having to micro manage.

We work very well together. It's always a team effort. We are comfortable talking to each other and we always help each other out with difficult cases.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm able to help my patients. Being able to talk to my patients on a personal level and actually getting a chance to know each one of them. Knowing that I have the support from both my manager and my teammates.
