Overall, my time here at PharmaCord has been much more than I ever imagined it to be when I started. I've held multiple different positions on different teams. The first just as rewarding as the last. I'm thankful for my time here as it has given me opportunities that I never thought possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Personally, I believe the best part about my package is the endless room for growth. I'm promoted and receiving raises much quicker than I ever thought was possible and I know the possibilities are endless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have the best interest of our patients in mind. I truly believe we are all here because we all want to make a difference in the lives of our patients and that's not work that we take lightly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm confident in the fact that my leadership team has my best interest in mind that is personal to me and my success. I appreciate the fact that I'm much more than just a number and they make my success, their success.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find a tremendous amount of joy in knowing that I am making a difference in not only the lives of our patients, but the lives of so many others around them. I consider my time here incredibly rewarding, and that makes me the happiest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe the best part about my team is our willingness to always work together. We have built personal relationships and I believe that has helped us become that much more successful in the work place. We all work so well together, and that is something that I really appreciate.
