Employee satisfaction could be greatly improved with higher wages and taking work-life balance into consideration by offering the option for fully remote work to established employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid fairly for my experience, education or tenure at this company. I could make the same amount of money bagging groceries at Target. I was a 5 star employee at my last performance review and my raise was 2%.
