Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very cliquish on my team. They make it clear I do not fit in. Supervisor is transferring me elsewhere so maybe I will fit in better there. Took a HUGE paycut to work here. Really reconsidering my decision.
