I worked at kent location in washington state. The fellow employees were really friendly and I got to meet a select few that were good mentors to me. However, I feel the Pharmacy Director still needs some guidance and mentoring as she still doesn't seem to manage the place well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, hardworking, and everyone seems to get along for the most part.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better communication and better management. Need to prioritize the more important fills first.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management, need a better way to make efficient workflow. Also, I don't think the employees should be thrown under the bus with so many homes to fill with so little people. Sometimes it feels like we are purposefully being destroyed at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Engagement between prospect manager and myself. I was able to feel out the vibe to know if it was right place for me. I also like the brief overview because it gave me an idea of what to expect if I did work there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to support the staff more and focus more on the needs to have a more productive, efficient, and manageable workflow. Overtime is killing and slowing down employees workflow in a day to day basis. The employees don't get enough rest to make up for overtime. Some look ready to collapse.
