What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed many years ago. I feel we have a good interview process, but it does seem to take months to get through the screening process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a team wonderfully. I am confident that everyone works hard to do their part to retain our clients and promote customer satisfaction levels superior to our competitors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Part of compensation package is an annual bonus that will likely be eliminated this year due to drop in services. Also disappointed about losing 401K match. There has been little communication on future reinstatement of either.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility of doing my job from home. The ability to communicate within every part of our organization to accomplish client goals. I enjoy being part of a team! I also enjoy working with our customers to manage their business, concerns, and achieve satisfaction working with clients.
