There are open to doing things differently and encourage innovation.
Very adaptable to market conditions. Agile.

Get ride of most of the management team and get people that know what they are doing and have experience in their feild.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free breakfast, lunches, snacks, coffee, and soda
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pnap does not value any of its junior staff. It is referred to as the meat grinder. Throw people in and if they complain, verbally abuse them until they leave.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is interested in getting the job done. Good morale.
