I feel the benefits are great overall. Medical/dental/vision/401k/Stock options, plus unlimited PTO.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Being relatively small, we get to interact with everyone on almost daily basis. Everyone has their own strengths and work well together.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership lets you work! They go out of their way to keep meetings meaningful and minimal. Being technical they understand the need to reduce distractions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Developers can be finicky folks to work with and sometimes get along. I think the culture we have enables us to phlock together and keep everyone happy.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to work with a fantastic group of developers and continuously learn new things. Love the freedom to work remotely and set my own schedule. Leadership is quick to tell you to take a break if family or personal things come up and ensure you have a proper work life balance.
