I visited your facility on Wednesday evening and encountered a young lady that stated her name was Jax. She was so UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was refused care, you ask why because she could not comprehend my Insurance.Clearly your website states Medicare/Medicaid accepted. Please hire professional people.

No organization or communication from leadership or operations departments leave the front line workersin the dark and scrambling to adapt to changes in policy and procedure. Additionally the HR department is a nightmare flying by the seat of its pants.
