Communication of changes and policy and consistency in making decisions. Focus on operations and not on petty little things.

Better healtchare benefits, more company contributions
I do not use the medical coverage theough the company and am not compensated for saving them money.

Hwlp eachother out..hndwrstand we all have bad days sometimes
The ability to coelesce and accomplish our mission despite the dismal leadership.
