What do people at PI think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Very stubborn, unrealistic and does not listen to employees or managers. Does not like to plan ahead, make informed decisions and does not complete tasks on a timely basis. Very poor leadership and no motivation.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at PI ?
Send owner to management training as well as redo several processes within office.
What part of PI 's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Commercial business is growing fastest. Residential is slow growth as there is not enough technicians to complete all of the services required, emergencies as well as contracted work.

This company is not organized, can be a hostile environment and there is no team effort. The disorganization as well as hostility comes from the top. I would not recommend working here as your efforts are not appreciated.
