In last years have been a lot of growth opportunities.
How innovative is Picis?
Picis, historically is not innovative and changes are hard to apply due to the culture of the company. It's difficult and slow to iterate through different department in order to propose-get feedback, therefore it will be tricky to advance.
What's the best part of your job at Picis?
In my case, we are already working and investigating about latest technologies so I'm so motivated for it.
What are you most excited about working at Picis?
The company is eager to innovate so for us, R&D department, it's a incredible challenge and encourage us to be innovative as well.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Picis?
Give them more freedom to test new technologies and features in order to allow people to be more proactive and make proposals. We need to innovate hardly.
What's the work from home policy like at Picis?
You can work from home once in a while depending on the personal circumstances. Most of us do not as the network connectivity to the office is poor and the development IDE will be really slow when working from home.
How flexible is your work schedule at Picis?
Depending on the team and project that is ongoing will determine this. Generally managers are flexible with employee's hours.
