When evaluating PicsArt accounts to determine if they are eligible and meet our verification criteria, we assess a variety of factors. In addition to adhering to the VIP Guidelines, PicsArts Community Guidelines, and Terms and Conditions,your account must also comply with the following:

Proper profile: You must be at least 14 years old. Your profile must contain a profile picture, cover photo, a minimum of 10 high-quality posts uploaded publicly and must have at least 500 followers.

Be original: You must create original awesome content and share it on PicsArt and with friends on other social platforms. You must display a mastery of PicsArt tools and continuously challenge yourself to improve as an artist.

Be active: You must publicly share at least one high-quality post per week and must be consistently active on a monthly basis.

Rise above: Explicit content of any kind will not be tolerated. Stealing, spamming, or advertising of any kind is not allowed.

At PicsArt, we believe everyone is entitled to expressing themselves artistically and creatively. We are committed to providing awesome tools, as well as a safe and inspiring community. As a VIP artist, you are expected to guide the community through artistic inspiration and positive social engagement.

By participating in the PicsArt VIP program, you consent to the Community Guidelines and PicsArts Terms and Conditions, in addition to the following:

Your profile: You must be at least 14 years old. Your profile must contain a profile picture, cover photo, and a minimum of 10 high-quality posts uploaded publicly.

Participate: Activity is crucial. You must be an active member of the community. You must be active within the past 30 days, post a minimum of one time per week, frequently provide #FreeToEdit content for users to remix, and regularly participate in our challenges.

Create original, expressive content: Make sure to stay awesome! Create awesome edits using PicsArt and share them on PicsArt and on other social platforms. Demonstrate mastery of PicsArt tools by continuously challenging yourself to improve your artistic skills and creative outlook.

Consistency is key: Make sure your profile remains consistent in genre and theme.

Art only: Make sure you only post artistic content. Please refrain from posting selfies, memes, and/or texts, because it limits true artistic expression. Be friendly and inspirational. Youre a role model to the PicsArt community, so you must positively engage with and motivate other users.

Do not post explicit content of any kind: Dont post content that promotes self-harm, bullying, pornography, and/or sexually explicit material. Depending on how graphic the content is, we will handle each case accordingly. If you post content that violates these guidelines, you may find your content removed with or without notice, and in more extreme cases your account will be suspended. Repeat offenders will be removed.

Inspire others to excel: Use PicsArt to excel at creating awesome edits and help PicsArt find new potential members for the PicsArt VIP program.

No stealing: Stealingisn'tcool. Dont post stolen images from the web or steal images taken from artists without their consent. If its illegal to post copyrighted or trademarked work, then dont. We respond to notices of copyright infringement per our Terms of Service and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

No spamming: Spamming is annoying. Dont post images that may be perceived as spam. Posting images of the creative process should not be mixed in with your gallery. VIP edits are auto-featured, so your images will be featured in Smash Hits. Posting similar images will spam the feed. Make sure each image is carefully curated and tailored to your profiles general theme.

Remix Chat is VIP only: Dont add anybody to the VIP Remix Chat, ever. Thats our job.

No advertising: Dont plug personal external pages on your PicsArt account.

Marketing of goods or services: Any promotion of goods or services must be discussed and pre-approved with PicsArt.

Provide feedback: We wanna know what you have to say! Youll be responsible for providing direct feedback to the PicsArt team on user experience, beta testing, new products, upcoming features, and more. Please contact us directly via the VIP Support line: [email protected].

Express your true self: Its all about creating content that speaks from the heart. Of course, gathering and implementing artistic components from other artists is highly encouraged, but please only share your own art. The PicsArt community wants to see the artistic side of your soul, so we encourage you to be brave and share it!

Be consistent: We know that you have many types of artistic creations that you would love to share with the community. However, please keep your profile consistent in theme and genre. For example, if youre into creating surreal art, we advise you not to throw in photos of your adorable dog or delicious breakfast because it disrupts the flow of your art.

Post high-quality artistic content: What does this mean exactly? Well, for one, selfies, memes, and/or texts limit true artistic expression. Use your unique eye to create masterpieces. Its really important that you put forth all of your effort to create the highest quality art possible.

Inspire others: When you share high-quality content that was created with love and intention, then you will definitely inspire others in the community. Go you!

If you applied to be a VIP (by either self-nomination or nomination from another user ), youll hear back from us about your VIP status usually in 5-7 business days.

New VIPs will be added at the start of every month. For example, if you get confirmation from us regarding your VIP status in mid-January, youll be added to the VIP program and receive your VIP benefits in early February.

Youll receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your PicsArt account. Once you are officially enrolled, we will add the VIP verified badge to your profile. We will also add you to two exclusive VIP Remix Chats.

Yes, you will still have VIP status. Even if you change your username, your user ID number does not change, so your status will remain intact.

If your request is denied, you may submit a new request by writing to [email protected]. However, keep in mind that re-submitting a request doesn't guarantee verification of your account.

Once we review your request, you'll receive a notification informing you if you have been added to the program or not. If your request is denied, you may submit a new request by writing to [email protected].

Note: PicsArt will never request payment for the VIP Program.

Keep in mind that PicsArt can remove verified badges at any time, and may take away your badge or disable your account if you:

Attempt to advertise, sell, or transfer your verified badge.

Promote other services via your profile picture, bio, or name section.

Using a third party to attempt to verify your account.

Are not posting actively (a minimum of one post per week).

Violate the VIP Guidelines, PicsArts Community Guidelines, and Terms and Conditions.

If your account doesn't have a verified badge, there are other ways to display your authenticity. You can link your official website or other social media pages to your PicsArt account.

We reserve the right to remove your VIP status if you post content that violates our Community and VIP Guidelines, as well as our Terms of Service.If you fail to post high-quality content or remain an active member of the program, your profile will be removed from the program. We'll contact you to inform you of the change in your status.

A verified badge is a blue checkmark that appears next to a PicsArt account's username in search and on the profile. It means that PicsArt has confirmed that an account is either the virtual representation of an authentic public figure, celebrity, or global brand. The badge can also be acquired by talented and active PicsArtists, known as VIPs, who abide by the VIP Guidelines, in addition to PicsArts Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.

These verified accounts have the following:

A verified email address.

A profile photo and cover photo reflecting the account owners branding and/or mission statement.

A bio specifying the influencer/brand mission and/or an area of expertise.

A real or stage name of a person or brand.

Content reflecting the account owners branding and/or mission statement.

Woo! A PicsArt team member should reach out and provide you with a code to claim your prize.

Onceyou'vebeen given your coupon, follow these steps to get your Gold on!

Go to PicsArt's website ( www.picsart.com ).

Log in to your account.

Tap on PicsArt Gold and then Be Gold.

Select the platform on which youll be using your Gold subscription.

Add your coupon code to the "Add your coupon code here!" field.

Click on Apply Coupon and make the payment.

Onceyou'vereached the payment page, youll be able to enter your coupon code.

We have seven different types of challenges. Out of these seven challenges, three are active on a daily basis. The three daily challenges are Daily Sticker Challenge, Daily Image Remix Challenge, and Daily Sticker Remix Challenge. Image Remix Challenge

Use PicsArt any way you like to edit your photo. Make sure we can see part of the original image in your final edit. Limited to three submissions per person.

Sticker Remix Challenge

Use the specified challenge sticker to edit your photos. Make sure we can see part of the original image in your final edit. Limited to three submissions per person.

Photography Challenge

Capture original photos based on the theme of the challenge. Absolutely no editing is allowed; any photo that has been edited will be rejected from the challenge. Limited to three submissions per person.

Drawing Challenge

Use PicsArt's drawing tools or the Color Paint app to create a drawing. Absolutely no stickers or photos are allowed; any drawing that has been edited will be rejected from the challenge. Limited to three submissions per person.

Editing Challenge

Use your own photos or #FreeToEdit images on PicsArt to create an edit that fits the Challenge theme. Limited to three submissions per person.

Collage Challenge

Use your own photo, #FreeToEdit photos, and stickers, or open-source resources to create collages that fit the challenge theme. Limited to three submissions per person.

Freestyle Challenge

This is an open challenge. We accept all types of art: photography, editing, drawings, stickers, and collages. The only requirement is to follow the challenge theme and to create something original. Limited to three submissions per person.

The Portrait Selection tool will work properly on your device if:

Android is 5.0 Lollipop and higher.

iOS is 11 and higher.

Face on the image is clearly visible.

Less than three portrait photos are added to another photo/background (applies to Android devices only).

Note: If using the tool for the first time, make sure your device is connected to a strong internet connection because this specific tool is downloaded from our servers. You can use portrait selection offline after its downloaded.

To avoid an app crash on your device, make sure you meet the following requirements:

Android is 5.0 Lollipop and higher.

iOS version is 11 and higher.

Make sure you have enough free memory on your device.

If you meet these requirements but the app continues to crash:

Update the app to the latest version available in the App Store or Google Play.

If youre on Android, open device Settings > Apps > App Manager > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data > Reinstall the app.

If youre on iOS, delete and reinstall the app.

Note: Reinstalling the app will delete your drafts and projects.

If you are not able to install the app on your iOS device, please check the App Store s troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

If you are not able to install the app on your Android device, please check Google Play s troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

If you subscribed to PicsArt Gold through the App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store, you should receive an order receipt to your email address sent by the store you purchased through. If you do not receive an order receipt, refer to the links below:

If you want to share your subscription with others, they need to log into your iTunes or Google Play account through their device.

Note: Youcan'tuse Family Sharing on iOS devices for this purpose.

To subscribe to PicsArt Gold, you need the following:

An iTunes or Google Play store account.

A valid credit card linked to your store account.

Here are a few ways to subscribe to become a PicsArt Gold member:

1. Use any item with a Gold Crown icon on it > Tap on Gold > Subscribe from the offer screen.

2. Go to Discover page (magnifying glass icon on the bottom left corner) > Tap on a Crown icon on the top right corner > Subscribe from the offer screen

3. Sign up whenever you receive the subscription offer screen in the app.

No, deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel your PicsArt Gold subscription, you must do it directly through Apple or Google.

You can manage your Android subscription on Google Play.

You can manage your iOS subscription on Apple Store.

You can manage your Windows subscription on Microsoft Store.

To manage your subscription directly through PicsArt, follow the instructions below:

- Log in to your PicsArt account on https://picsart.com/

- Go to Settings

- Subscriptions >Unsubscribe

Note: If you cancel your subscription during your free trial, your subscription will end once your free trial is over. Canceling a subscription does not make you eligible for a refund. You will be able to use your premium content until the subscriptions expiration date.

If you subscribed to PicsArt Gold through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and need to request a refund, please contact them directly. PicsArt cannot refund purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.

If you subscribed through our website, please contact us with the Question Type PicsArt Gold Subscription and our support team will review your inquiry.

Note: You can cancel and resubscribe to PicsArt at any time. If you cancel within your billing period, youll have access to PicsArt Gold until the subscription expires.

For our partner challenges, the top three winners are chosen by the brand and the rest of the top 10 is voted by our awesome community. Winners have the chance to be featured by PicsArt and respective partners. Only entries that fit the theme and follow the challenge rules qualify. PicsArt and its challenge partner reserve the right to reject submissions that either violate the Terms of Service or may be considered offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant to the brand. Entries should not include any other brand, artist, celebrity, logo, or competing visual or deface the image in any manner.

The Photography challenge submissions must only be original photos taken by the participating artists. Any photo taken from the web and/or owned by another artist will be rejected based on copyright issues.

Vote for your favorite challenge submissions by following these steps:

Choose the Challenge which is available for voting

Tap on the image or sticker you want to vote for

Tap on the vote button!

When you subscribe to PicsArt:

The payment method is attached to your store account and the purchase is done through that account (Google Play, Apple ID, or Microsoft).

The subscription is attached to the store account its purchased from, not to your PicsArt account.

Once the purchase is finalized, you will receive a purchase confirmation (receipt) email from the store.

Note: If you purchase from our webpage, the subscription attaches to the email address which is indicated in the purchase form. In such cases, we directly charge the credit card you enter.

To change your account password, follow these steps:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap Edit Profile.

Tap on Password to change it.

To find the images you have saved in Collections, follow these steps:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap the flag icon at the top right corner next to the three dots.

Images you like and save from around the PicsArt community get saved in your Collections. To save images in Collections, follow these steps:

Open the app and tap on an image you like.

Tap the three dots at the top right corner and select Save.

Tap + to create a new Collection.

Press Done to save the image in your Collections.

To link your social accounts to your PicsArt profile, follow these steps:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap Edit Profile.

Scroll to Social Connections and tap the account you wish to link.

Follow the instructions and youre all set.

To change your cover or profile image, follow these steps:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap Edit Profile.

Tap on your cover or profile image and select Choose.

Choose the new photo you want to set as a cover or profile image.

To remove images from your profile, follow these steps:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap the image you wish to delete.

Tap the three dots at the top right corner and tap Delete.

To add to the About Me section in your profile, follow these steps:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap Edit Profile.

Tap on About me to fill it out.

Tip: To see another PicsArtists About Me section, go to the users profile page and click on their profile image.

To change your username, follow these steps:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap Edit Profile.

Tap on Username to change it.

Note: You can only change your PicsArt username once, so choose carefully!

To turn your push notifications on or off, follow these steps:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap the three dots at the top right corner and select Settings.

Tap Push under Notifications and adjust the settings according to your needs.

To turn the in-app notifications on or off, follow these steps:

Open the app, then go to the profile tab.

Tap the three dots at the top right corner and select Settings.

Tap on In-App under Notifications and adjust the settings according to your needs.

To find the app settings, follow these steps:

To check the app version on your device, follow these steps:

Scroll down to check the app version.

For Android devices: The app language changes based on the devices System Language. For example, if your devices system language is set to English, then PicsArt will also be in English. If you want to use the app in another language, youll have to change your devices system language first.

For iOS devices, change the app language by following these steps:

Open the app and go to your profile

Tap on the icon with three dots at the top right corner

Choose Settings from the opened list

Tap on Language and disable the System Language option

Choose your preferred language

To delete your account, follow these steps:

Open the app.

Press on your PicsArt profile tab.

Tap on "Edit Profile".

Scroll down and tap Delete Profile.

Select the reason for deleting your profile and tap Delete Profile.

If you have difficulties with changing Font color on your Android device, then the issue is likely related to the high contrast text. To fix it, check out this Google article.

On Android, set Max image size to the highest setting in the app by:

Open the app then go to the profile tab.

Tap the three dots at the top right corner and select Settings.

Tap on Max image size and select the highest quality setting.

Tap Ok to save your settings.

On iOS, the image size is automatically set to the max available setting depending on your device's capabilities.

There are several reasons you might be having issues while logging in or creating a new account.

To create a new account:

Click on the Create an Account button to register.

Choose an email address and username that are not being used by other PicsArtists.

Check to see if you have a strong internet connection (try changing your internet connection from mobile to WiFi and vice versa to see if the issue still exists).

To log in:

Make sure you are on the login page.

Check to see if you are using the correct username/email address and password (if you forgot your password, you can reset it).

To reset your password:

Tap on Forgot your password?

Enter the email address linked to your PicsArt account

Open the reset password email sent by PicsArt

Tap on Reset Password and type in a new one.

Open PicsArt, set your email address, and tap Next.

Set your password and tap Next.

Type in your username and tap Complete.

Note you must be at least 13 years old to be able to create a PicsArt account.

Remix Chat is a PicsArt powered messaging system for users to communicate with each other and share their art. Its purpose is to encourage creativity and create strong community ties. Treat everyone with respect at the same time stay safe.

NOTE: PicsArt will never ask you to provide personal information or share any financial details on Remix Chat. If you notice such activity please report it to us immediately. Please make sure you:

Use extreme caution when accepting message requests.

Do not click on unknown links.

Watch out for unusual language or content.

Dont download files.

Be careful about what you share. Dont share sensitive or personal information (home address, phone number, etc..) to avoid having your identity stolen.

Do not volunteer any financial information.

Do not send money.
