- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The management is bad . There is roaches and safety hazards. You have to walk on eggshells working for that company. They mess with your pay and force you to take breaks for a 4 hours shift. They will not support you!
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The management needs to improve
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?This company doesn not care about there employees they have 2 people on a shift and will have you take a break when we legally are not required too. They will leave you left alone by yourself for hours helping a long line of customers. There is also no room for growth and no benefits
