What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is zero leadership. The company is on a downfall
Working, generally!!! They act like high schoolers just on phones, being lazy, goofing around, and others make working their a rivalty working flow ,instead of a team flow.

A better general manager who cares about the employees
Just being more hands on and more knowledable about procedures. Also being able to quickly problem solve and resolve conflict in a peaceful and professional manner.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company doesn not care about there employees they have 2 people on a shift and will have you take a break when we legally are not required too. They will leave you left alone by yourself for hours helping a long line of customers. There is also no room for growth and no benefits

I did everyones job in every day shift i worked there, and all i got was gossip, unfair duties while they sat there and laughed

Better management and perks .
We're always out of supplies so I always have to buy things for the store otherwise I am unable to do my job correctly, I was held accountable for a position that I hadn't been promoted to yet so that they didn't have to pay me the extra dollar an hour to double my work load.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are amazing and great listeners
It would be the communication
My shift leaders are amazing, it's the GM and his decision making I'm not keen on.
They all work very hard
With a few exceptions, the whole team puts in a lot of effort to get things done and work together to help the customers. Everyone I work with is sweet and kind and try their best everyday.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The management needs to improve

Communication, responsibilities of there job, and position, having integrity and pride in what the do and products they serve.
Everyone is forced to fake smile or their fired, people have bad days, be more understanding

Nothing. This company is terrible

The basic overall organization and structure.
Better management when a worker has issue with the hours.
New management and to not use expired or out of date food.

Give us a better heads up of what we’re signing
I would have an interview. The manager never interviewed me. When I asked about it I was told don't worry about it. That she would just take care of it.

The people i work with
seeing returning guests during shifts

seeing my coworkers interact with customers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management is bad . There is roaches and safety hazards. You have to walk on eggshells working for that company. They mess with your pay and force you to take breaks for a 4 hours shift. They will not support you!
Not having that customer attention, instead its like "oh man here comes a crew, lets do rock paper scissors to see who helps them out"

Our General manager is irresponsible and neglects his duties, retaliates on employees when they ask questions instead of just admitting that he doesn't know the answer and referring to the handbook help both he and them to better understand.
Management concern for safety could seriously improve. A consistent schedule. There is no point asking me what days I need off when you will not honor them.
Not enough pay, no bonus, no 401k match
