What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is zero leadership. The company is on a downfall
Working, generally!!! They act like high schoolers just on phones, being lazy, goofing around, and others make working their a rivalty working flow ,instead of a team flow.

A better general manager who cares about the employees
Just being more hands on and more knowledable about procedures. Also being able to quickly problem solve and resolve conflict in a peaceful and professional manner.
Proper management when it comes to working hours.
Leading, taking accountability, and following the guidelines that were put in place for them
Following covid protocol and not allow infected people work like they don't have covid. They also need to enforce the quarantine when people come back from the mainland. I would not recommend working for pieology.
Not overworking their employees, treating everyone with respect
Respect, integrity, honesty, following code of conduct and employee rules and regulations, and most definitely not keeping and using expired product
Everything ! Pieology needs new managers !!!
