Pieology Pizzeria Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The growth opportunity and review process

Salary is fair and reasonable

my compensation is adequate based on my skill set and my ability to get many things done.

Review from Sales Dept

Bonus eligibility and equity in the brand.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This company doesn not care about there employees they have 2 people on a shift and will have you take a break when we legally are not required too. They will leave you left alone by yourself for hours helping a long line of customers. There is also no room for growth and no benefits

We dont geg any benefits

I did everyones job in every day shift i worked there, and all i got was gossip, unfair duties while they sat there and laughed

Review from Sales Dept

Better management and perks .

We're always out of supplies so I always have to buy things for the store otherwise I am unable to do my job correctly, I was held accountable for a position that I hadn't been promoted to yet so that they didn't have to pay me the extra dollar an hour to double my work load.

Better pay with tips hire better workers

I make a dollar under the other pieology stores. I have no stock or anything from the company. Management does care about anything but the bottom line.

For everything we have to deal with we do not get enough benefits, the fact that hard working team members have to pay for their lunch is ridiculous

No 401k match, no bonuses, not getting the right wages, too much favoritism on other locations that don't even make a lot

Review from Sales Dept

Was hired to be a shift by store manager, once hired I was never allowed to work the line, even after repeatedly asking and being told I would be. Other new hires were put on the line. All I ever did was dishes as a hire for a shift position.

We do not get tips for our hard work and providing customers with support , for helping bring in customers , our tips go to the company and not to us who have earned it

Review from Sales Dept

People work there for three years with no raise and someone come in and work for a couple of months and receive two raises.
