Straight forward questions Identify right away if i fit the job
The way everyone talks about each other -- especially my manager -- is positive. People were genuinely interested in my experience and capabilities.
You got to interact with different people in the team and across functions
meeting with multiple individuals within the department I applied to
you get to talk to the team before you join
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more specific. Current interview process is very random.
Too long, shorten the process and be more communicative
