PIMCO Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're intelligent and they are absolutely experts in their fields.

The ability to adapt to changing environments inside and outside the firm.

constantly striving to be better

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

work-life balance, respect, inclusiveness, appreciation, recognition

Create a real team environment, current one is not working

- be more transparent on evaluation and promotion criteria - provide more internal mobility chances to employees - provide more opportunities to employees who are non white male. - while cost saving is good, always try to first retain people who are made redundant - do more in ESG, PIMCO is late

Listening to people and understanding different perspectives.

Hire a new Head of HR

Leadership has no intention to connect to the lowly associates. The top-down, hierarchical attitude should change.

Say what they mean, do what they say. Stop micromanaging and let executives run their businesses. Have a clear vision and uphold a set of values.

Leadership is completely incompetent in what they are doing. The culture is too gnawed for change of leadership to happen.
